Old Man’s Beard lichen?

Correct. Old Man's Beard is actually the generic name for all tree lichens that drape from branches. There are two distinct lichens in this photo. The black one is Moosehair Lichen and the light green one, I believe, is Boreal Beard Lichen. That little light gray puzzle-piece lichen on the limb I think is Common Antler lichen. And there are still other types on the branch. I think the little whitish spot at the far right is Fluffy Dust Lichen.
It's neat that we can explore lichens right in the middle of winter.

Sorry Dan,
I forgot to add my name! How are you & Brenda doing?

We're good. Hope you and Cheri are as well. I've been dealing with an ear infection the last couple of months that is impairing my ability to correctly hear music. And that's my pastime, singing and playing guitar and banjo. Isn't that the way they say it goes?
