Probably end of the line for the blog

I had pledged to only talk about things on this blog that were hopeful and positive. Well, after the U.S. election, I've got nothing.

Ha, can't say I don't feel the same... hope you continue to post, though. Would be a shame, blogs like yours give a sort of hope in the collective that is all too fleeting these days. Warm wishes from a small town in MB.

I'm sorry to hear your news. I look for updates daily and have enjoyed your blog and chapters of your life growing up. Hope you reconsider.

Hi Dan, a couple of thoughts. In this election there was no mandate, the winner received less than half the votes cast. More people voted for someone else. Next, inept and or corrupt politicians don't make for good government which is something I believe most people still want. There are information source problems with all of this and we are headed toward time in the school of hard knocks because of that. The teacher student ratio here is very good though, maybe two to one and you are great at explaining things. Hope you stay with it.
FYI, if the threshold piece for your deck is still giving you problems will get it fixed come next summer. :)
