Why Eggs Benedict this time of year?
Because, of course, there's no place like home for the Hollandaise.
I don't remember that on the breakfast menu at Bow Narrows! It looks delicious! Happy, Healthy New Year to you and Brenda, Mark Hein (Hattendorf Group from 70's, 80's and 90's)
Hey there, Blast from the Past! Great to hear from you! It is delicious, or at least it was. So, we used to offer eggs any way you wanted them. Did anyone ask for Eggs Benedict? I don't know. We had two conservation officers who wanted poached eggs all the time. The kitchen staff found that hilarious but the COs didn't seem to think there was anything funny about it. Anyway, they got their poached eggs every morning.
